Week 0: Free quote request
This bid request can be done via mail, online form, skype or telephone.

We expect you to communicate about your ultimate expectations.
In other words, you expect a project for your company to propose to communicate with your clients to function better, to sell your products ....

Is there a fixed style that should be followed? Colors, logo?
Have you seen a certain website that has drawn your attention and why did you find it so attractive?
It could be that you have no idea of where you want heading for and you want to inspire from our work ..


Week 1: Free site check
Based on the information we do a detailed research into your current online presence and compared with competitors at home and abroad.
This work we outline an idea that we can advance by e-mail transfer. 

 
Week 1: telephone conference for the needs and possibilities.
At this stage we evaluate and review it to your own needs.
We transform the idea into a workable fact that we have to get.
Design, menus, interactions, special applications, etc. are discussed.

We confirm in this stage also the fixed pricing for the finished product after delivery.
A short e-mail with the keynotes will be send to confirm what was agreed. 

Week 2: The design.
We do everything possible to meet your wishes and needs.

As the system is online, On ours or your own hosting package, you can monitor the development closely.
You can verify any adjustment and you can immediately correct if necessary.
At this stage it is possible that we use "dummy text and images" or we can use texts from your current website.
Ideal is that you already provide us any new text or photos sending it by e-mail. 


Week 2-3: Integration and delivery.
With all means at our disposal we are working on the website. We also know that a website is never finished .. But that is the big advantage for using Joomla! You can continue to work daily on the content of your website. Nothing will stop you for all your inspiration directly from work and your website will be to perfection every day to reflect your ambitions.


Billing and payment on delivery.
We will send you an invoice by e-mail for the exact amount as agreed. Also in this stage, no surprises.
We're not sending interim invoices, only one invoice on going live with the project (unless agreed otherwise) and therefore expect a return on our deposit account or by electronic transfer / credit card.

Upon receipt of your transfer you will receive the login and passwords you need to be able to use the CMS package. 

Aftercare.
No, The project is not over yet. Not only we provide you a number of very clear videos about how you will be able to customize Joomla! We also have an online training for 1 to 2 hours (using remote control via skype and/or live messenger)

Are you still have concerns about in?
As a precaution, we give you access to a test version where you do all the practice test for it on your own site to apply. But do not worry .. also the "backup or security copy" will be discussed to prevent calamities.

During the first 3 months after delivery we are available for 30 minutes per week free of charge for any assistance. (not cumulative and only for use to the project-related questions or assistance.)
